Return Policy


Unless otherwise stated, all goods carry a 3 month guarantee. If we are satisfied that there is a genuine fault with the product we will replace it. If we cannot offer you a replacement, we can either credit you the amount or offer you a refund, it's your choice. Please note we do not cover your postage costs. We regret we cannot issue a replacement on any product which is lost in the mail. To cover yourself, we would advise you to send it by traceable mail in the event of loss or damage.

In the event of fault, please follow the instructions for returning goods.

1. Email us to get an RMA number. State your product & problem.
2. We will reply giving you details on where to send your product.
3. You send your product together with your receipt.
4. We test the product. If we find a defect we will offer you the replacement, an exchange or a full refund.


If you wish to change your mind over a product we can offer you an exchange. All goods must be received back in unmarked original condition for us to be able to offer this as a service. We must receive the original goods back before we can offer an exchange. Providing everything meets our requirements we will then credit you the amount against another product. Please email us details if you wish to make an exchange on a product.

Please note, a claim for an exchange must be made within 14 days after your order was processed. We regret we cannot process any exchanges after this time.


Obviously we would prefer it if you could use the exchange facility. If this is not an option, we can offer a refund. We must receive the original goods back before we can offer a refund. Refunds carry a £3 restocking fee on all goods. Unfortunately, any additional postage (Recorded / Special Delivery) is not refundable. Please email us details if you want to claim a refund.

Please note, for all returns, exchanges and refunds it is important you send a copy of your original receipt that was emailed to you when you bought the product. We cannot process your enquiry without it.

Additionally, Sim Cards are not covered by the exchange or refund policy.
